Matt showed his support for his Christmas single co-writer at the Helen Jane Long Christmas show at St James's Church, 197 Piccadilly, London.
Matt performed "Come Home," "I'll Be Home for Christmas," and "You've Got a Friend," with Jane accompanying him beautifully on piano.
The audience listened in absolute stillness, captured by the purity and emotion of Matt's performance. It was a magical, unforgettable moment at this special time of the year.
Jane said: "What an incredible night! This was the first time I have performed with Matt. Experiencing the audience's reaction to 'Come Home' was truly memorable. During the evening Matt had everyone up and singing along. What a wonderful way to start Christmas!"
