Matt was out in full support of his good mate Ricky Wilson as he launched a brand new live show band, The Fabulous Adjustable Band, at none other than Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm Shop. The launch event was in support of a farmers' charity to be announced in the coming weeks.
The night was packed with surprises as Ricky was joined on stage by an incredible line-up of music artists, each delivering their own standout performances. The rotating cast included Rick Parfitt Jr, Natasha Hamilton (Atomic Kitten), Simon Fowler (Ocean Colour Scene), Gary Stringer (Reef) and Matt, proving this band really will live up to its name.
Matt also chatted with Jeremy Clarkson, saying "He's still disappointed he and Luke never got the chance to take a spin as drivers on Top Gear."
The show was a brilliant evening and Ricky's new project is definitely one to watch. With festival appearances on the horizon and a mystery line-up every time, you never know who might jump on stage next.
Just like pulling on an England shirt, every musician who joins the band on stage is honoured with their very own Fabulous Adjustable Band baseball cap.
Keep your eyes peeled for upcoming shows - this is one band that promises surprises and great performances every single time.
